Why (Jewish) Rabbis and (Christian) Monks modified; changed Torah and Bible?
Perhaps the most
important reasons of distortion of Torah and Bible by Rabbis and Monks is to
devour the wealth of people unjustly or unlawfully or in falsehood. Also to
conceal facts and glad tiding of the coming of the prophet Mohamed to stay on
their religion and their leadership in their religion and not to accept the
prophecy of Mohamed and the message of Islam because such things is so
difficult to be achieved in religion of Islam.

وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ عُزَيْرٌ ابْنُ اللَّهِ
وَقَالَتِ النَّصَارَى الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُمْ
بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ يُضَاهِئُونَ قَوْلَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ قَاتَلَهُمُ
اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ (30) التوبة
And the Jews say:
“‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allāh”, and the Christians
say: “Messiah is the son of Allāh”. That is their saying with their
mouths, resembling the saying of those who disbelieved aforetime. Allāh’s
Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!
اتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ
أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَالْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلَّا
لِيَعْبُدُوا إِلَهًا وَاحِدًا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ سُبْحَانَهُ عَمَّا
يُشْرِكُونَ (31)
They (Jews and
Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allāh
(by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to
their own desires without being ordered by Allāh), and (they also took
as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians)
were commanded [in the Taurāt (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] to
worship none but One Ilāh (God — Allāh) Lā ilāha
illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He)(2). Glorified is He (far
above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).”
يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ
بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ
الْكَافِرُونَ (32)
They (the disbelievers,
the Jews and the Christians) want to extinguish Allāh’s
Light (with which Muḥammad H has beensent — Islāmic
Monotheism) with their mouths, but Allāh will not allow except
that His Light should be perfected even though the Kāfirūn
(disbelievers) hate (it).
هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى
وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ
الْمُشْرِكُونَ (33)
It is He Who has sent
His Messenger (Muḥammad H) with guidance and the
religion of truth (Islām), to make it superior over all religions even though the
Mushrikūn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness
of Allāh) hate (it).
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ كَثِيرًا
مِنَ الْأَحْبَارِ وَالرُّهْبَانِ لَيَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ
وَيَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ
وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنْفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ
أَلِيمٍ (34) التوبة
O you who believe! Verily,
there are many of the (Jewish) rabbis and the (Christian) monks who devour the
wealth of mankind in falsehood, and hinder (them) from the Way of Allāh
(i.e. Allāh’s religion of Islāmic Monotheism). And
those who hoard up gold and silver [Al-Kanz: the money, the Zakāt
of which has not been paid] and spend them not in the Way of Allāh,
announce to them a painful torment.
Difference between Zakat and Sadaqah
·
Zakat is obligatory. Whereas Sadaqah is
voluntary.
·
Zakat is performed once a year has passed
over the zakatable assets. However, Sadaqah can be performed at any time.
·
A Muslim must be eligible to pay Zakat.
However, this is not the case for donating Sadaqah.
·
Zakat is a fixed amount (2.5%). Whereas
with Sadaqah a Muslim can donate as much or as little as they wish.
·
Sadaqah and Sadaqah Jariyah can be a
means of ongoing reward for a Muslim who passes on from this world. Whereas
Zakat is a charity you can only perform whilst alive.

إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ
وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي
الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ فَرِيضَةً
مِنَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ (60) التوبة
Aṣ‑Ṣadaqāt
(here it means Zakāt) are only for the
Fuqarā’ (the poor), and Al‑Masākīn
(the needy), and those employed to collect (the funds); and to attract the
hearts of those who have been inclined (towards Islām);
and to free the captives; and for those in debt; and for Allāh’s
Cause (i.e. for Mujahidūn — those fighting in a holy battle),
and for the wayfarer (a traveller who is cut off from everything); a duty imposed by
Allāh. And Allāh is All‑Knower,
All‑Wise.
The difference between Recitation and Reading
Reading
is for one word but recitation for two words and more or a word after another
or words followed by each other. For example we say "he read his
name" but we can't say "he recite his name" and that because
recitation is achieved when we read the word after another.
Reading
of Quran to read its words and recitation of Quran to read the words on basis
of continuation following certain rules which make a perfect reading.
Recitation
also means to follow rules and instructions of Quran in do and not to do
Recitation
also means to read Quran as it was sent from Allah without any changing of even
a single word.

إِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ رَبَّ هَذِهِ
الْبَلْدَةِ الَّذِي حَرَّمَهَا وَلَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ وَأُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ
الْمُسْلِمِينَ (91) وَأَنْ أَتْلُوَ الْقُرْآنَ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا
يَهْتَدِي لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ ضَلَّ فَقُلْ إِنَّمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُنْذِرِينَ
(92) النمل
I
(Muḥammad) have been commanded only to worship
the Lord of this city (Makkah), Who has sanctified it and to Whom belongs
everything. And I am commanded to be from among the Muslims (those who submit
to Allāh in Islām)(
And
that I should recite the Qur’ān, then
whosoever receives guidance, receives it for the good of his ownself; and
whosoever goes astray, say (to him): “I am only one of the warners.”
الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَتْلُونَهُ
حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِ أُولَئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِهِ فَأُولَئِكَ
هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ (121) البقرة
Those
(who embraced Islām from
Banī Israel) to whom We gave the Book [the Taurāt (Torah)] [or those (Muḥammad’s companions) to whom We have H given the Book (the Qur’ān)] recite it (i.e. obey its orders and
follow its teachings) as it should be recited (i.e. followed), they are the
ones who believe therein. And whoso disbelieve in it (the Qur’ān), those are they who are the losers.
(Tafsīr Al‑Qurṭubī).
The difference between "Messenger" and "Prophet"
The prophet is a man who
was chosen by Allah to be inspired by "instructions and laws" to do
them himself and was not obliged to command people to follow these instructions
or laws but just to do them himself only, so he is a prophet and not a
messenger.
The messenger is a man
who was chosen by Allah to be inspired by "instructions and laws" do
them himself and to command people to follow either he has a book or not; he
may follow the message before him like messenger after Moses who was sent to
remind people of Moses's message, so they are messengers and prophets.
